Applications are invited for the post of Performance Director – East Region Hockey Association. This is a rewarding role for those that are committed to youth development in the Region with particular emphasis on running and maintaining Performance Centres at Northwood and Bury St Edmunds. The applicant must:

1. Be an excellent ORGANISER as the post carries the responsibility of successfully delivering Performance Centres at Northwood and Bury St Edmunds. It would be useful but certainly not essential to have a Coaching qualification.
2. Have an absolute PASSION for talent development within the Youth of the Region.
3. Be a good COMMUNICATOR with the stakeholders that are principally, England Hockey, the Academy Centres, players and coaches.
