Audit and Update of Shirt Numbers - Men's Section - Replies required by 25th May

So if you played for Leighton in the last two seasons or if you have a Leighton shirt then please can you let Peter Gale know

a. Do you have or play in a Leighton Buzzard club shirt ?
b. Does that shirt have a number ?

If applicable

c. As far as you are aware is that number allocated to you ?
d. What is the number you have - if you have more than one then please state as many as you have.
