Respect and return

We need to manage the use of the club's GK kit properly and treat it with respect.

As some kit is shared by seniors and juniors we need to know where all GK kit is and make sure that it gets shared and used as needed.

So please can I ask that anyone, who borrows the club's GK kit from the shed, to make sure:

a. that if you are taking it away from Vandyke that you inform the other potential users that you've got the kit - so that means let club captains, team captains, junior coordinator (Anna Carter) and junior GK coach (Stephen Farrell) know that you have taken kit and also what kit/kit bag you have taken.

b. that you return it as soon as possible, so if you have taken kit for a Saturday game it needs to be returned in time for Sunday use by the juniors, unless you have checked and confirmed a later return time.

c. respect the kit and return it in good condition with bags packed and all items in place. If the kit does get damaged then please can you let Peter Gale know so that we can assess and co-ordinate any repairs or replacement needed.

For example, a set of Obo kickers was recently returned with a fastening clip missing. So until that is replaced those kickers are unusable. If you did use the kickers (see photo) then please check your kit to see if you have the missing part of the clip. Otherwise it will require further expenditure, which affects us all.

Thank you.

Pete
