Mighty Men's 3's away to Maidenhead [4] Monarchs

The day didn’t start great for Leighton going with a bare 11 never fun

So the match started with some fantastic high pressure for Leighton and the High pressure paid off as Leighton got the first goal from George Franklin (13:45) after that Maidenhead was hit wave after wave of attacks and after battling the storm I broke away on a counter-attack and The ball ended in the back of the net (34) so we went into the break at 1-1.

Leighton started the second half the same way as we finished the first and short after the restart we got a reward when Even made a fantastic run to the back post and slotted the goal past the keeper to make it 2-1 (40) then Leighton wins a short Corner and Chris steps up and drag flicks into the bottom corner making it 3-1 (53) then it went a little down hill for Leighton conceding a goal to make the match 3-2 and then Leighton took their foot off the pedal and the CF George Franklin lost his head and got given a green card putting Leighton down to 10 men for 2 mins and Maidenhead put the pressure on again but Leighton battled the storm and Leighton went back up to 11 men and shortly after Jack scores again for Leighton making it 4-2 (60) and after that Maidenhead had some fantastic play moving the ball around the back and finding a player then winning a short corner and then being upgraded to a penalty stoke and buried it in the bottom corner to make the score 4-3 (62) so Leighton soaked up the pressure from Maidenhead to see out the game and win 4-3.
