The team were undefeated in their league fixtures, with results that saw them qualify for the MK development division final. Despite again playing well, EPIC were beaten in the final, 2-0, by a strong CALVES team. At the start of the summer the older YPTP players formed the backbone of the team. But with exams, proms and world challenges sometimes impacting availability, some of the younger YPTP players then stepped up to join the side; more than holding their own, they maintained good playing standards, adhered to the playing principles and displayed good "hockey habits".

TEAM EPIC coaches, Pete and Charlie, are encouraged by progress made by individual players and the team as whole, and would like to thank all players and supporters, from both within and outside the club, for their efforts this summer. Special thanks also to coach Dan Edwards, who umpired most of our games.

Consequently, we believe that this will be the first of many summer seasons for TEAM EPIC and, hopefully, there will be a new opportunity for a "TEAM EPIC TOO" to be established soon, for the 2025 YPTP participants to enjoy next summer.
