Ladies 1st XI - Another solid performance

Leighton Buzzard Ladies 1st XI had another solid performance against Harpenden 2’s, winning 7-0.

Kathy Connolly, super sub, started the goal fest when she came on ten minutes into the game. The team took a while to settle but everyone continued to work hard and at half time the score was 3-0.

Movement across the pitch improved in the second half and speedy transfers created more gaps for the Leighton Buzzard frontline to capitalise on.

The work rate was once again was superb and the final score was 7 - 0.
