Ladies 1st XI lose 2-0

Leighton Buzzard Ladies 1st XI played at home against Saffron Walden 3's. The girls started well, working hard for each other and played with intensity. As the half progressed the team work disintegrated and it became hard to hold the opposition off.

There were some individual performances worth a mention though. Hollie Taylor ran hard throughout the game and has the scraps to prove it. Kathy Connolly worked the midfield with her usual commitment and our well deserved player of the match was Megan Claggett whole worked tirelessly at the back.

The final score was 2-0 to the visitors.
