LBHC 1's VS 2's

Leighton Ladies 1's played Leighton Ladies 2's today at Vandyke. It is always a tricky fixture when you play against friends but both teams approached the game well and played hard. The 1's XI were 2-0 up at halftime but knew that they needed to reduce the amount of errors and wobbly paces to secure another 3 points.
The girls stepped up the pressure in the second half and tested the superb goalkeeping of Ruth. The final result was 6-0 to the 1st XI. Goals from Hollie 2, Sarah, Scriv, Clare J and Gabbie. POM Hollie.
